This app gives you the power to add text to any animated GIF and share or save your creations and
even better, you can apply visual effects on your GIF meme to give it a more stylish look.
You can control the quality and color count in the Settings tab. The automatic size optimizer will try to reduce the size before sharing or uploading.
*** Important note: Since your privacy is important, GIF Caption does not require an internet connection to work. Your gifs WILL NOT be uploaded to a server, all the processing is done on the device.
The process of adding the text requires some time to complete, depending on device CPU speed, GIF resolution, framecount and number of colors. The app will run much faster on newer devices.
Known issues:
- animations created from GIF with transparency will have a black background
